I would use webpage in class as a tool to help students understand the content of the lesson. As a special teacher, I would work a lot with students with special needs. Most of them are visual learners. So it's really useful to use some tool like webpage to help students see the lesson as pictures and help them understand more

The copyright issue that I might see is teaching presentation. Most of teachers are search informations and data through googles without realizing about copyright law. It doesn't mean that you can not create any lesson technologically but you have to do it nonviolately on the copyright. There is some way to do it illegally. Creative common is another way you can create projects or presentation with creative commons, with your own idea
