I think the most important strategy motivating students who don’t want to learn is teachers’ behavior. Teachers’ expectations have a powerful effect on a student's performance. If you act as though you expect your students to be motivated, hardworking, and interested in the course, they are more likely to be so. Set realistic expectations for students when you make assignments, give presentations, conduct discussions, and grade examinations.
Also, Help students set achievable goals for themselves is important. Failure to attain unrealistic goals can disappoint and frustrate students. Encourage students to focus on their continued improvement, not just on their grade on any one test or assignment. Help students evaluate their progress by encouraging them to critique their own work, analyze their strengths, and work on their weaknesses.

What makes a good presentation?
I think what make a good presentation are
1. Master on what you are presenting. You can present all information with all knowledge naturally.
2. Interacting with audiences, Imagine yourself being in boring lecture classroom, it's the same thing as listening a boring presentation. If you don't have any interaction with audiences, it would be very boring.
3. Presentation is organized and get into the point. No one wants to be confused with long presentation and that's is not good presentation.
